Dynamite chicken is a perfect appetizer and very popular in Pakistan.  It’s the feisty and zesty flavor of the sauce that makes dynamite chicken so special. Give it a try if you are looking for something different from the regular dish. I am sure that kids and adults will like it for sure.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
  2. Soy sauce 1 tbs
  3. Paprika powder 1 tbs
  4. Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  5. Dried oregano 2 tsp
  6. Garlic powder 1 tsp
  7. Corn flour ½ Cup
  8. Wheat flour ½ Cup
  9. Black pepper powder ½ tsp or to taste
  10. Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  11. Eggs 2
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Sriracha sauce or Chili sauce 4 tbs
  14. Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
  15. Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
  16. Honey 1 tsp
  17. Garlic powder ½ tsp
  18. Paprika powder ½ tsp
  19. Green onion

Directions:

  1. Pat dry chicken boneless cubes with kitchen towel or paper.
  2. In chicken boneless cubes, add soy sauce, paprika powder, salt, dried oregano and garlic powder, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In bowl, add corn flour, wheat flour, black pepper powder and salt, mix well & set aside.
  4. In bowl, add eggs, whisk well & set aside.
  5. Now coat marinated chicken cubes in dry flour mixture then dip into beaten egg and again coat in dry flour mixture.
  6. In wok, heat oil and fry until golden brown & set aside.
  7. In bowl, add sriracha sauce or chili sauce, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, honey, garlic powder, paprika powder and mix well.
  8. In prepared sauce, add cooked chicken and coat well.
  9. Sprinkle green onion leaves & serve.
