Chocolate Mug Cake in Microwave recipe

Ingredients:

1. Egg 1 room temperature
2. Butter melted 2 tbs
3. Lukewarm milk 1 & ½ tbs
4. Vanilla essence ½ tsp
5. All-purpose flour 2 tbs
6. Baking powder ¼ tsp
7. Caster sugar 3 tbs
8. Salt 1 pinch
9. Cocoa powder 1 tbs
10. Chocolate chips
11. Ice cream

Directions:

1. In mug, add egg, butter, lukewarm milk, vanilla essence, all-purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, salt, cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
2. Add chocolate chips and give it a good mix.
3. Centre your mug in the middle of the microwave and microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds.
4. Serve with ice cream, chocolate syrup & serve!
