Fans of Hamza Ali Abbasi and Sajal Aly will be pleasantly surprised. According to sources, ‘Khae’ director Syed Wajahat Hussain has cast Hamza Ali Abbasi and Sajal Aly in his upcoming serial, titled ‘Faraar’. The shooting has already begun. Mustafa Afridi, the writer of ‘Sang e Marmar’, will write the upcoming program, which will be produced by Next Level Entertainment. It’ll air on Green Entertainment.
Abbasi and Aly generated magic when they appeared together in ‘Alif’ (2020). We can’t wait to see the ‘Alif’ reunion onscreen again. The director and writer also switch gears and work on a project for Green Entertainment. Hussain and Afridi previously worked exclusively for GEO and HUM, respectively.
Abbasi and Aly’s careers are thriving. The former is enjoying the popularity of his recent song, ‘Jaan E Jahan’. Sajal, on the other hand, has a track record of consistently generating songs such as ‘Sinf-e-Aahan’, ‘Kuch Ankahi’, and the ongoing ‘Zard Patton Ka Bun’.
Wajahat’s next project, ‘Faraar’, is undoubtedly something to look forward to after giving a critically acclaimed serial like ‘Khae’.
