Everyone will love these chicken patties, juicy on the inside and crispy from outside. A healthy addition to your menu.
Ingredients:
- Bran bread 1 slice
- Milk ¼ Cup
- Ginger 2 inch piece
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Onion 1 medium
- Chicken boneless cubes 500g
- Pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Mint leaves chopped 2 tbs
- Fresh coriander chopped 2-3 tbs
- Fresh red chili chopped 2
- Green onion leaves chopped 2 tbs
- Olive oil 1-2 tsp
Directions:
In a chopper, add bran bread, milk, ginger, garlic, onion, chicken, salt, cumin seeds, red chili crushed, black pepper powder, egg & chop until well combined.
Take out in a bowl add mint leaves, fresh coriander, red chili, green onion leaves & mix well.
Grease hands with oil, take a mixture (90g) and make patty of equal sizes (makes 8-9 patties).
In frying pan, add olive oil and spread it, place prepared chicken patties ,cover & steam cook on low flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes each side).
Serve healthy chicken patties with toasted bran bread & salad.
