Pearl Kapur, the founder of Zyber 365, is now a 27-year-old billionaire.

With an astounding net worth of $1.1 billion, 27-year-old Pearl Kapur, the founder and CEO of Web3 start-up Zyber 365, has achieved a historic first: she is now India’s youngest billionaire. With the Sram & Mram Group investing 8.3% and raising $100 million in Series A fundraising, Kapur owns a dominant 90% of Zyber 365 Technologies Ltd (UK), which is valued at $1.2 billion (about Rs 9840 crore).

Kapur, who holds an MSC in Investment Banking (CFA Pathway) from Queen Mary University of London, started his business career in May 2023 and saw Zyber 365 quickly become a unicorn in just three months. It currently ranks 109th in India’s unicorn landscape and is the quickest unicorn in both Asia and India.

EVM Compatible Web3 Layer 1 Proof of Authority (PoA) sustainable chain is the hallmark of Zyber 365, a company founded by Indian entrepreneurs Pearl Kapur (Founder & CEO) and Sunny Vaghela (Co-Founder & CPO). Vaghela is hailed as one of India’s leading ethical hackers, while Kapur is widely recognized for his dedication to environmental stability and conformity with the SDG Goals of the UN. Samiraj Singh, CFO, and Soneshwar Singh, CTO, are also members of the core team.

Although its headquarters are in the UK, Zyber 365, an Indian blockchain technology and cybersecurity ecosystem firm, hopes to establish India as the primary location for its activities. Sustainability, security, and energy efficiency are given first priority in the company’s EVM Compatible Smart Contract Platform, a Layer 1 Chain based on the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus process that is in line with the SDG Goals of the UN and Humanity. With the Mainnet expected to go live by the end of May 2024, the company plans to introduce its native token to support its ecosystem, introducing the EVM Compatible Layer 1 (PoA) sustainable chain solution. Zyber 365’s ambitious aspirations also include AI Cashless Stores at Pumps and a non-custodial DeFi wallet.

Prior joining Zyber 365, Kapur developed his entrepreneurial abilities as a Business Advisor at Antier Solutions and acquired financial knowledge as a Financial Advisor at AMPM Store. Beyond empowering the general public, his goal for Zyber 365 is to lead Globalization 3.0.

The dynamic landscape of Zyber 365’s strategic partnerships and the group’s dedication to innovative ventures are further highlighted by SRAM & MRAM Group’s recent investments, which include a US$100 million investment in SpiceXpress’s air cargo business and a US$3.64 billion semiconductor fabrication plant in India.
